Luke Ryan is a Fully Registered & Insured Level Two Strength & Conditioning Coach through the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA) and the Australian Sports Commission (Strength & Conditioning Coach ASC).

We currently specialise in AFL Conditioning Programs, run on a Wednesday afternoon from 5pm-6pm at Pizzey Park.

  • Maximum Aerobic Speed Training
  • Power Training
  • Strength Training
  • Acceleration Drills
  • Agility Drills

$15.00 per person, per session.
